Ms. Zafreen Neha

Zafreen Neha is a youth organizer from Bihar with over a decade of experience in social justice, education, and gender equity. As National Co-Convenor of NYEF and Director of the Bihar Development Collective, she leads strategies that amplify marginalized voices, especially Dalit, Muslim, and Adivasi youth. She also anchors youth-led campaigns and education justice programs at the Centre for Social Equity and Inclusion, and represents youth voices in the Fight Inequality Alliance – India. Guided by a feminist, intersectional lens, Zafreen works to build a just, inclusive society rooted in dignity, equality, and collective power.
